mplayer is currently compiled w/ disabled "tv" driver.

Even enabling "TV" via ./configure does not build the required "v4l" subdriver
as configure uses some "auto-detection" to decide whether to build v4l or not.

As a result, mplayer can not talk to webcams and possibly DVB-T hardware.

USB-Host capable devices would benefit from a working TV/V4L driver.
