The "Cancel" button should not suspend the kernel immediately, but rather,
communicate user's intention to suspend daemon or such.
This way, the daemon can do one or more things from list below:
* Turn off LCD immediately, giving to user impression that machine is
suspended immediately.
* Do buffers sync
* Schedule alarms
* Send RST packet on each currently ESTABLISHED network connections.
* Remove kernel modules that will not survive suspend (right now, USB module
already falls to this category), or can have errors on resume (as when CF was
taken out when machine was suspended).
