Koen, Greg gave me a valuable hint in just a few lines while you insisted to be
not very helpful by uselessly pointing at what what you call the "obvious".

Instead of giving three unhelpful comments you could have said that the bb file
was missing at the first time. So who is wasting time is obvious.

I get the impression that contributors are not welcome by you because they
imply startup efforts due to a lack of detailed experience.

I will add the missing files at the next possible occasion.
