This error isn't for parallel building. It happen because syslog.conf isn't in
it site.
You can use this for continue the error. (all busybox version)

cd busybox-workdir
[In my case is
/stuff/angstrom/work/armv5te-angstrom-linux-gnueabi/busybox-1.2.1-r13]

mkdir install/busybox/etc
cp syslog.conf install/busybox/etc

you can now continue building packages. Easy ^^
