Removed the libiconv and libstdc++ dependencies, improved styleguide adherance
by adding spaces and quotes around the S = "..." and QMAKE_PROFILES = "..."
tags as well as renamed the bb file to quasar_0.90beta3.bb thus hopefully
conforming to the versioning styleguide.

Before I attach the file to this bugzilla entry - is that sufficient or is
there anything else I had been missing ?
