Apply fix for "getsockopt failed strangely"

The current version of iptables in OE (1.3.8) gives an error whenever the
"iptables" utility is run: "getsockopt failed strangely".

A fix for this has been commited to the netfilter svn (and it's included in
iptable 1.4.0rc1):

Attached is a patch that applies the fix against OE's version of iptables.
