Add madwifi snapshot r2826-20071105

The only madwifi snapshot currently included in OE that builds for 2.6.23
kernels is r2702-20070903. Unfortunately, that snapshot seems to be broken, at
least when in access-point mode on an AR5212 (unable to ping the AP, it's not
responding to ARP requests).

Attached is a patch that provides the latest snapshot, and which fixes the
problem I was experiencing.
