1. next time please attach patches as text/plain
2. its virtual/libiconv not libiconv
3. do not use RECOMMENDS - its unused
4. you forgot some deps
5. you also forgot to disable gtk interface
6. contrib/oe-stylize.py is usable tool

fixed most of issues and pushed
