Attached patch fixes build of latest snapshots of xserver-kdrive_git.

Exactly, there is one fix, which is not included, because I expect it will be
fixed un the upstream soon.

Mentioned patch and ported version of (not yet included) patch to fix bug 2637
are available in the upstream Bugzilla:
