I have tried both the gpe and the pimlico images:
Angstrom-x11-gpe-image-glibc-ipk-2007.9-test-20071116-h2200.rootfs.tar.gz
Angstrom-x11-pimlico-image-glibc-ipk-2007.9-test-20071116-h2200.rootfs.tar.gz

both fail after initial user setup and after the 'GPE new programs' splash and
time/date setup.

Once you close the time and date setup, you are left with a blank screen and a
pointer - the pointer does respond to the touchscreen, but doesn't do anything
except move.

If you restart gpe-dm from a serial console, you can get back to the login
window, login and exactly the same thing happens.

I would be happy to try other diagnostics if anyone has suggestions, but I
would say these images are currently badly broken.
