Abiword 2.5.2, for some reason, hardcodes the UI font size to 11 points.  This
results in ENORMOUS numbers on the rulers on high-DPI devices like the Neo1973.

This patch works around that -- 5.0 points is much better on a handheld -- and
also fixes the ruler number positioning code which was pretty b0rked.

Attachments will be three new patches (fixing size, left ruler positioning, and
top ruler positioning), a new .bb recipe, and a new .inc (bringing in these new
patches).
