mpfr-(native)_2.3.0 was pushed in commit
bc1afd499eafe3cff3eb38a3d5766aaa0a823536. However, the preferred version in
most disros are still 2.1.1. You might want to bug the distro maintainers or
koen. This bug won't be closed until at least one major distro upgrades to
2.3.0. Thanks for pointing this out.
