patch againest ipkg-utils_1.6+cvs20050404.bb

in meta-toolchain.bb:

orig_pkg=`ipkg-list-fields ${DEPLOY_DIR_IPK}/$arch/${pkg}_*_$arch.ipk | grep
OE: | cut -d ' ' -f2`

should add ipkg-list-fields into INSTALL in ipkg-utils_1.6+cvs20050404.bb
