This patch adds support for using atags with kexec (thanks to mwester and uli).
In addition, it stores bootparameters at 0xa0000200 to avoid having the Sharp
bootloader passing bogus arguments. A third fix fixes the 3.3V line on the
expansion connector. This was off in the older 2.6 kernels, causing problems
with the serial cable.
