mini patch for linux.inc

code in  `do_configure_prepend()` in `packages/linux/linux.inc` which
checks TARGET_OS and enables or disables EABI/OABI in kernel config
uses invalid bash syntax: [ STRING == STRING ] instead of [ STRING = STRING }

as a result oabi/eabi support missing in kernel -> crash
