This is caused by the change to the new svn fetcher (Which I have some issues
with). Now that there are some sane SVN_REV's (which were added by Koen when I
tried to fix it), it still seems to prefer the fixed svn date recipies over the
now fixed svn revision recipes.

I'll change the PREFERENCE levels in the hope that fixes it.
