I'm opening this bug to submit the work that I am doing on efl bb files.

Mainly modifications:

1. Change SRC_URI to CVS version to all bbs because E is receiving lot of
commits daily and also the snapshots are not so stable to prevent CVS
versions...

2. Remove -utils bb files. Instead, just include these lines to the main bb:

PACKAGES += "foo-utils"
DEBIAN_NOAUTONAME_foo-utils = "1"
FILES_foo-utils = "{foo-utils files}"
PROVIDES_foo-utils += "foo-utils"
RDEPENDS_foo-utils += "{foo-utils rdepends}"

3. Follow the package division suggested in Enlightenment CVS. For instance,
evas library would be divided in:
libevas1
libevas-dbg
libevas-dev
libevas-engine-buffer
libevas-engine-fb
libevas-engine-software-16-x11
libevas-engine-software-generic
libevas-engine-software-x11
libevas-engine-xrender-x11
libevas-loader-edb
libevas-loader-eet
libevas-loader-jpeg
libevas-loader-png
libevas-saver-edb
libevas-saver-eet
libevas-saver-jpeg
libevas-saver-png

4. Fix .so links. They should be included in -dev packages.
