Patch for improving smbfs and cifs packages

Add smbfs and smbfs-doc packages containing smbmount and smbumount and add
umount.cifs to cifs and cifs-doc packages.

The attached patch might break older samba versions as it removes the bug in
samba.inc and bugfix in samba_3.0.23c.bb for mount.cifs.8.
