I've run MokoMakeFile to pull down the prerequisites for building OpenMoko. 
The resultant .../openembedded/classes/autotools.bbclass file has a bug in it. 
autotools_stage_all() looks at ${STAGE_TEMP}/${includedir} and if it exists,
then it tries to copy files out of it.  What if the package created an empty
directory?  The patch below changes the code to only copy if files actually
exist.
