in iputils_20020927.bb

set FILES_${PN}             = ""
means that ${PN} package is empty ,it error when generating filesystem
the error message is 
"cannot find iputils package"(in detail,the message comes from
rootfs_ipk.bbclass,when doing ipkg-cl install task)


solution:adjust package content
