libx11-native 1.0.3 recipie

current libx11-native_1.0.1.bb actually downloads and uses version 1.1.1 for
some reason.
However, it fails to build with the following error:
| make: *** src/util: No such file or directory.  Stop.

libX11 1.1.2 and 1.1.3 do not build because they need xcb-xlib which is not in
OE yet (the needed xcb-native and xcb-proto-native recipies are not implemented
yet).
Latest libx11 that will compile cleanly without xcb-xlib is 1.0.3.

This patch adds a recipie for libx11-native 1.0.3.
