Summary: Linksys WCF-11 Card works on OZ Opie, but not Angstrom
           Product: Zaurus Kernel

          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: P2
         Component: C3xxx
        AssignedTo: openembedded-issues at lists.openembedded.org
        ReportedBy: tbayne at tbayne.net

My Hardware
  Zaurus 3100c
  Linksys WCF11 Wireless CF Card

I have confirmed this configuration works on OZ.

On Angstrom Spitz
(Angstrom-x11-pimlico-image-glibc-ipk-2007.9-test-20071017-spitz-installkit.tgz),
having removed Orinoco, and doing a modprobe on hostap_cs, rebooting, then
inserting the card does NOT result in a wlan0 being available.

I ran "pccardctl ident" and got this output:
[---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Socket 1:
product info: "The Linksys Group, Inc.", "Wireless Network CF Card",
"ISL37300P", "RevA"
  manfid: 0x0274, 0x3301
  function: 6 (network)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------]

During the confirmation of the configuration on OZ I collected the following
information, I hope it helps:

First the dmesg output showing the card working with the hostap driver
