Fix path to perl in target installed perl scripts

Perl scripts installed on target are installed with path set to perl in build
environment.

Attached patch fixes this so it is set to /usr/bin/perl

To actually run these scripts, a perl is of-course required, so maybe we should
add a RDEPENDS=+"perl" or split these scripts into seperate package with
RDEPENDS=+"perl".
