I just tried installing the ipks kernel-module-hostap_2.6.23-r3_spitz.ipk and
kernel-module-hostap-cs_2.6.23-r3_spitz.ipk (From the angström feeds)
Ipkg told me they were installed but for kernel 2.6.22. so I removed them.
Afterwards I tried to install the ipks again. 

Now ipkg claims: "Cannot find package kernel-module-hostap." I guess this is
not directly related with this bug here but I don't understand this behaviour.
