Atmel's binutils 2.17.atmel.1.2.6 patch.  Copy to
packages/binutils/binutils-2.17

Add gcc 4.2.2.atmel.1.0.8 and binutils 2.17.atmel.1.2.6 for AVR32.  Even though
the existing version of binutils for the AVR32 in OE claims to be a newer
version (binutils 2.17.atmel.1.3.0), this binutils-2.17.atmel.1.2.6 version has
more recent dates in the patch file.  Additionally, gcc 4.2.2 will generate
assembler errors with the binutils 2.17.atmel.1.3.0 already existing in OE.  

Additionally, there is a fix for binutils and texinfo >= 4.10 in binutils.inc.
