Patch to add RDEPENDS for libgcc in busybox

The attached patch fixes the problem both the problems however it does not
differentiate if it was LinuxThreads or NPTL. Note that libgcc dependency is
required for NPTL glibc/eglibc

I think linuxthreads is obsolete so I am not that keen to fix it on .dev
branch. If someone feels otherwise give me a shout and I can cook up something
that will apply this RDEPEND only for NPTL.
