AFAICT konqueror-embedded should not need xmkmf therefore this getting into the
configure script is bogus. Google searching found this which is possibly
related:

In any case, simply adding "m4_pattern_allow([_AC_PATH_X_XMKMF])" at the start
of configure.in/configure.in.in fixes the problem.
