Rolf: packaged-staging is other thing. That change was to make images not from
packages built locally but from the ones in feeds. But looking at that it is
over 2 years old code/idea which not get integrated I do not feel like I want
to have this bug open still - it was opened to not make that code got lost but
there are no users for it...
