Please fix your touchscreen driver or check why udev rule does not handle it.

All devices handled by OE should be able to provide informations for udev to
let it make /dev/input/touchscreen0 symlink to proper event device. Otherwise
X11 will not find touchscreen.

You can also look into /etc/profile.d/* files - one of them handle setting of
environment variables for TSLIB.
