The use case is being able to give out that URL for discussion in IRC.  

Maybe you know about the pastebinit program which takes a file or stdin, pastes
it to a pastebin and then echoes the remote URL of the paste to stdout.  I
frequently use that to publish a log or something for discussion among fellow
OE devs.  If oestats were to omit that information (failed tasks only) it would
be at least one manual step less.
