the package builds fine here.

NOTE: package python-pycurl-7.18.2: completed
NOTE: Tasks Summary: Attempted 1146 tasks of which 1109 didn't need to be rerun
and 0 failed.

Nonetheless, having the latest package makes sense, usually.  I'll leave that
to Mickey to decide.
