Currently the kernel compiled with gcc 4.3.x does not boot on ARM targets.
There has been one patch that needs backporting to whatever kernel version that
is intended to be compiled with gcc 4.3.x. 

This will help projects like beagleboard who use gcc 4.2 just because they need
to compile a kernel.
