With the fix(es) I can successfully build and use the kernel.

explains what needs to be done to the kernel to make PXA and serial_cs serial
drivers co-operate on an ipaq.
The necessary changes are already in serial_cs, just 8250 needs
editing/patching.
Patches available on request.
