ctorrent client bb

ctorrent-dnh ( http://www.rahul.net/dholmes/ctorrent/ ) is a fork of the
bittorrent client ctorrent (included in the oe tree, but no longer maintained
upstram) with some improvements and bugfixes.

The bb attached are the bittorrent client and CTorrent Control Server, an
interface for monitoring and managing the clients.
