Probably because of the fix for bug 670, cc1 was not installed with
task-native-sdk, causing errors like

gcc: error trying to exec 'cc1': execvp: No such file or directory

when trying to use gcc.

The attached patch adds cpp and cpp-symlinks to the RDEPENDS of
task-native-sdk, so that cc1 is included (and bumps the pr).

I'm submitting under stable, as i could only check the change in the stable
tree
