The attached "Patch fixing mediastreamer2" was intended to fix the compile
failure, and it fixed it for me back then.

Now that the newer linphone 2.1.1 already works fine with the split speex
library without the above patch, there is an updated recipe for this new
version attached. It includes some small bug fixes which I already submitted
upstream and which are confirmed to be included in the next release of
linphone.
