updated recipe for sip-4.7.7

The location of the source file for sip-4.7.3 has changed, plus they no longer
have that version there.  I updated the URL and changed it to the latest
version, 4.7.7, and it builds fine.  I haven't tested the code yet, but will
when I get a chance.
