i've checked the stamps for libgpg-error and it seems that it has been builded:

stamps/armv7a-angstrom-linux-gnueabi/libgpg-error-1.4-r1.do_compile
stamps/armv7a-angstrom-linux-gnueabi/libgpg-error-1.4-r1.do_fetch
stamps/armv7a-angstrom-linux-gnueabi/libgpg-error-1.4-r1.do_populate_staging
stamps/armv7a-angstrom-linux-gnueabi/libgpg-error-1.4-r1.do_setscene
stamps/armv7a-angstrom-linux-gnueabi/libgpg-error-1.4-r1.do_install
stamps/armv7a-angstrom-linux-gnueabi/libgpg-error-1.4-r1.do_patch
