please check the actual output of do_qa_staging, since that functions scans the
*complete* staging dir for errors, not temp_staging inside ${WORKDIR}. Try
creating a foo.pc with includedir=/path/to/work in
staging/arm/usr/lib/pkgconfig and suddenly all packages fail on do_qa_staging.
