Werner, thank you for reporting the issue and providing a patch.  Sorry for the
insane delay in responding.  I think this issue has kind of fixed itself, I
cannot find anything libmutil in .dev

closing as wontfix, please reopen if this recipe is still hidden somewhere else
in OE and needs fixing.
