glista_0.2.bb - recipe for glista-0.2

Attached is the recipe for glista - simple to-do manager written using GTK+
widget set. It can be used as alternative to gpe-todo.

Recipe tested on h2200 with current .dev image. Didn't try to test it with
.stable, because it needs gtk>=2.12 and .stable has only 2.10.
