Patch to fix powerpc (nofpu) build problem.

Building the glibc-intermediate-2.6.1 fails for PowerPC. 
A valid, working patch may be found at:

I created a patch for org.openembedded.stable monotone tree. See my attachment.
I tested the patch and glibc-intermediate now compiles.
