gnome-panel configure stage fails with

| checking for scrollkeeper-config... no
| configure: error: Couldn't find scrollkeeper-config. Please install the
scrollkeeper package

gnome-desktop has a patch to ignore that check:

packages/gnome/gnome-desktop/scrollkeeper.patch

Maybe gnome-panel needs a similar patch.



This is a build running on Ubuntu Server without any GNOME/X on the host. I
have not seen this go wrong on a Ubuntu Desktop, thus it must be picking the
host scrollkeeper-config there...
