OK, with the attached patch, I can build again (against that specific rev, will
move back up to current shortly). Basically, we rework things so that stuff
goes into staging/<target-triplet>-<sdk-triplet>. This also updated the
canadian-sdk recipe to be more close to the meta-toolchain one, but not fully.
