Images based on task-base, like bootstrap-image.bb, are no properly installed
because of this dependency problem:

Collected errors:
 * ERROR: Cannot satisfy the following dependencies for task-base:
         *  bluez-dtl1-workaround * 

The problem can be worked around by adding bluez-dtl1-workaround in
IMAGE_INSTALL.
