OK, i've found out a post that lits some light on the issue:

It worked for me. Now every time after recharging I have to turn PDA on, wait
for some time before power led becomes green again, and turn it back off.

There must be some way to set up battery charge parameter after suspend
properly, but I don't know how to implement it :(
