[Bug 500] some SDL programs won't compile because SDL_CONFIG isn't set

I put export SDL_CONFIG = "${STAGING_BINDIR}/sdl-config" into sdl.bbclass,
although most of the files are using SDL through pkgconfig nowadays.

As for the other issue, sdl.bbclass deals with the opie specifics in the best
way I could imagine when I did this (years ago...).
