[Bug 3849] New: libsdl-directfb-1.2.9 does not build

As the bb file stands today, there are two problems with this package:
- It references all of the patches found in libsdl-qpe-1.2.9/ but there is no
corresponding libsdl-directfb-1.2.9 directory with these files.
- The sed magic in do_configure_prepend fails as there's files in the .pc dir
and depending on how quilt is setup, these aren't modifable.
