bug 2242 is about the cursor key orientation not returning back to normal after
a screen rotation in X.  The problem usually goes away after reboot.

bug 3678 is about cursor key orientation being twisted 90° at all times in
opie.  The two are different.

I believe bug 2242 is fixed, bug 3678 is not.
