I've checked each configure switches (both pre1 and svn) to make sure they are
suitable for embedded devices according to my understanding. But people with
more experience should proof-read my changes in .dev.

btw, c7x0 (iwmmxt) owners, please check log.do_configure and log.do_compile if
the gcc optimizer flags (--march --mtune) are indeed used correctly.

One thing in particular bothers me is that do we really need encoding enabled?
The idea of encoding audio/video on an embedded device doesn't register to me.
Any example of who might need that? If not, in svn we can use
--disable-encoders to disable all encoders.
